As a critical member of the People Experience Department, you will strengthen our talent pipelines and contribute to ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. Your expertise will support Deliverect's mission to connect food and retail businesses with their customers effectively, promoting a culture of diversity and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract high-quality talent
• Optimize candidate flow within our ATS, Lever
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communications
• Assess candidates to match qualifications and cultural fit
• Assist in administrative recruiting processes and report generation
Requirements:
• 1-3 years of relevant recruitment experience
• Understanding of ATS systems, especially Lever
• Competency in LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing
• High attention to detail and multitasking abilities
• Solid verbal and written communication skills
