In this 0.8 FTE temporary role, you will oversee vital projects like the Family Well-Being Coalition. Candidates should be adept at relationship-building and project management, bringing invaluable community knowledge into WCL's strategic advocacy. You'll lead initiatives, strengthen community practices, and support the Indigenous Advisory Circle.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate the Family Well-Being Coalition and partner communications
• Cultivate reciprocal relationships with coalitions
• Collaborate with staff to enhance engagement processes




• Integrate community insights into planning and education
• Manage key projects, grants, and accountability processes

Requirements:
• Experience in community organizing, partnerships, or related fields
• Relationship-building with diverse communities
• Knowledge of systemic oppression and its impacts
