Acuren is looking for a seasoned NDT Supervisor to support operations at the Parkland Refinery. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate work activities, oversee resource allocation, and promote a robust safety culture within the team. The job requires expertise in NDT standards and strong leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement daily and weekly work plans
• Monitor crew hours and project scopes effectively
• Lead and manage equipment and crew allocations
• Conduct thorough field walkdowns for job scope readiness




• Enhance quality through accurate inspection report reviews

Requirements:
• At least 5 years of NDT experience and supervisory skills
• Required NDT certifications with additional qualifications being advantageous
• Strong leadership and communication expertise
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Airtable a plus
