Support children and youth in a staffed residential environment with The Ridge Meadows Association for Community Living in Maple Ridge. Part-time and full-time roles are available to provide essential care and support.

As a Residential Child and Youth Care Worker, you will assist in nurturing children and youth within a residential group home. Candidates should ideally possess a diploma related to developmental disabilities along with necessary certifications, such as First Aid/CPR and NVCI or MANDT Training. Successful applicants will undergo a Criminal Record Check and MCFD HUB screening to ensure a secure environment for all residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and support to children and youth




• Maintain a safe and structured environment
• Implement care plans and engage in activities
• Communicate effectively with team members and families
• Document progress and incidents accurately

Requirements:
• Diploma or certificate in relevant field
• NVCI or MANDT Training
• Valid BC Driver’s License
• Clear Criminal Record Check
• First Aid/CPR certification
