As part of the ILAC Education Group, you will play a crucial role in supporting students in their career journeys. Key Responsibilities:
• Work with students to define their skills and goals
• Identify relevant co-op opportunities for them
• Match candidates with appropriate employer positions
• Coordinate student interviews and placements
• Generate current co-op opportunities through networking

Requirements:
• 2–5 years experience in recruitment or career services
• Strong networking and communication skills
• Organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Effective English communication skills
