We are currently looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our skilled service team. This role is ideal for a dependable, hands-on professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys variety in their day, and is comfortable travelling out of town Monday to Thursday.

In this position, you will complete year-end warranty checks and service work on recently built RTM homes, helping ensure every customer receives the high level of care and attention Warman Homes is known for.

What You’ll Do

Travel to out-of-town RTM home locations Monday to Thursday to complete year-end warranty checks and service work.

Perform carpentry, renovation, finishing, and repair tasks, including drywall taping and mudding.

Identify, document, and complete warranty-related repairs with accuracy and professionalism.

Communicate clearly and respectfully with homeowners, team members, and supervisors.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicles in a safe and responsible manner.





Represent Warman Homes with a customer-first attitude and a commitment to quality workmanship.

What We’re Looking For

Previous carpentry and renovation experience is required.

Ability to confidently complete drywall taping and mudding.

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driver’s abstract.

Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a quick-paced, changing environment.
