Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent service on phone inquiries to clients
• Execute cashier duties accurately for all transactions
• Ensure Cash and Wrap areas are well stocked
• Relay messages to Fashion Advisors efficiently
• Assist with gift packaging and customer needs

Requirements:
• Minimum 1-3 years in customer service roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends
• Retail or phone customer service experience is preferred
