Communities is committed to a green future by enhancing our properties with features such as environmentally friendly water management procedures, improved heating and cooling systems, solar panels, and upgraded air filtration technology. Proactively conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest infestations and potential entry points. Apply appropriate pest control treatments using various methods, including chemical applications and traps as per regulatory guidelines.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention strategies. Responsible for managing resident requests and engaging in proper follow‑up to ensure work orders are completed in a timely and satisfactory manner. Deliver excellent customer service to develop long‑term relationships with our valued residents.
Have a safety-first attitude by completing all requested training by deadline and focus on maintaining a clean and safe job site and the ability to identify risks and hazards. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and high-quality service delivery. A technology‑savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.
Pest control license required. Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet Resident needs. Ability to work outside of normal business hours and be part of the On Call Rotation.
Must complete & pass a criminal record check.
