As a Plan Design Specialist, you'll work closely with the Manager, Client Onboarding to facilitate plan setups and amendments.

You will actively participate in RFP reviews, collaborate with internal teams, and manage multiple projects with varying complexities. Your efforts aim to enhance health equity and outcomes by contributing to policy and infrastructure that benefit underserved communities. Key Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed plan designs for clients
- Conduct client meetings for requirement gathering
- Collaborate with IT on large implementations
- Process plan changes efficiently
- Ensure accuracy through peer review of work

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in business or related field
- 3-5 years experience in advantages administration
- Proficient in claims processes and contracts
