As a Planner I, you will work under general supervision to evaluate development applications, assist with community planning issues, and support statutory planning and subdivisions.

- Review development permit applications and issue recommendations




- Prepare reports for subdivision authorities and municipal compliance

Requirements:

- Degree in Urban or Regional Planning or a related field
- Previous planning experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS software
- Valid Class Five Operator’s License is an asset
