Duties

- Supervise children during outdoor playtime, ensuring their safety at all times
- Facilitate age-appropriate games and activities that promote physical activity and social interaction
- Maintain a clean and organized playground area, inspecting equipment regularly for safety hazards
- Support children in developing social skills by encouraging cooperation, sharing, and respectful behavior
- Assist with setting up outdoor learning stations or themed play areas to enhance the play experience
- Communicate effectively with children, parents,



and staff to ensure a positive environment
- Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly to the appropriate personnel

Qualifications

- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is highly preferred
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices
- Strong tutoring or teaching skills to support children's developmental needs
- Ability to engage children actively while maintaining safety standards
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
