Collaborating closely with HR and Finance, you will play an essential role in maintaining operational excellence and employee satisfaction through accurate payroll administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process semi-monthly and weekly payroll for diverse staff
• Maintain employee records and payroll data accurately
• Execute off-cycle payroll runs for final payments
• Administer group perks registrations through online systems
• Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with audits
Requirements:
• 3–5 years payroll processing experience
• Proven track record in a unionized payroll environment
• Strong working knowledge of BC employment standards
• Familiarity with PayWorks is an asset
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
