The Night Building Attendant will work part time from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing essential service to seniors in the community. You will act as a welcoming presence, assisting with emergencies, and managing the cleanliness of multiple building areas. This role is perfect for those passionate about senior care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure building safety during night hours
• Greet residents and guests in a welcoming manner
• Clean and maintain the lobby and offices
• Respond efficiently to emergency situations
• Carry out various housekeeping duties as assigned

Requirements:
• High school diploma (Grade 10 minimum)
• Experience in hospitality and seniors’ care is a plus
• Current CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Basic knowledge of computers, especially emails
• Ability to meet physical work demands
