Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot daily solar project system issues
• Perform routine maintenance and corrective actions
• Collaborate with team members for performance improvements




• Ensure completion of CMMS work orders
• Provide training for operation and maintenance practices

Requirements:
• Minimum 2-5+ years field experience in renewable energy
• NABCEP Certification is a plus
• Experience with electrical machinery troubleshooting
• Ability to read technical documentation and diagrams
• Valid driver’s license and effective communication skills
