Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and administer medications in line with regulations
• Follow up on resident concerns with diligence
• Support residents' self-sufficiency and promote wellness
• Complete assessments and care plans within set timelines
• Mentor unregulated care workers effectively
Requirements:
• Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) with current license
• At least one year of Geriatric Nursing experience
• Certificates in BCLS and Medication Administration
• Legal eligibility to work in Canada
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
