In your role as Team Lead, you will assist in the implementation and evaluation of the Family Intervention Program while supervising a frontline team. Your responsibilities include navigating client-directed care plans, celebrating participant progress, and addressing challenges to enhance wellbeing. This role demands effective leadership and a genuine commitment to community service.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct supervision to family program staff
• Ensure adherence to service standards and timelines




• Balance team capacity with participant service needs
• Enhance participants’ readiness for positive advancements
• Coordinate with Clinical Social Workers and support staff

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in social work or related field
• Registered with Alberta College of Social Workers
• At least 3 years of experience in relevant fields
• Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
