Support internal medicine education as a Postgraduate Scheduling Coordinator at UBC. This role requires coordination of complex academic schedules and curriculum activities.

This position provides vital administrative support within the Department of Medicine at the Vancouver General Hospital Site. You will oversee the educational curriculum, plan examination logistics, and manage monthly scheduling for residents. A keen understanding of administrative processes and a strategic approach to scheduling are essential for this energetic role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize Academic Half Day logistics and presentations
• Facilitate Educational Curriculum Committee meetings
• Plan and execute Objective Structured Clinical Examinations




• Coordinate CTU and Cross Coverage scheduling
• Assist in organizing PGY4 program events and sessions

Requirements:
• High School diploma plus a two-year post-secondary education
• Minimum four years of relevant experience required
• Proven skills in developing complex schedules
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent organization and communication abilities
