You will work under the Training Centre Manager to assess technical training needs and implement tailored development programs for Brandt’s C&F; dealerships. Collaborate closely with operations and external partners to elevate training standards, ensuring compliance with safety and quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess development needs for C&F; service technicians
• Develop instructional materials and training courses
• Drive achievement of OEM training metrics and certifications




• Schedule and coordinate training delivery efficiently
• Monitor trainee progress and feedback for continued improvement

Requirements:
• Certified Journeyman in the heavy-duty field
• Exceptional instructional delivery and communication skills
• Proficient in training program management
• Robust mechanical and analytical knowledge
• Flexibility to travel across North America
