What You'll Do

Learn and assist in administering full‑cycle accounts payable, from invoice entry through payment processing

Help prepare bank payments and get hands‑on exposure to treasury operations

Assist with balance sheet reconciliations and account schedules, building practical insight into financial reporting

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes while learning how deadlines get managed in a corporate environment

Reconcile accounts payable and receivable with guidance from senior team members

Assist with audit preparation, reviewing financial transactions and documents for accuracy and compliance

Learn and apply company financial policies and relevant regulations in your day‑to‑day work

Maintain confidentiality of financial data and take part in secure database management

Take on additional accounting‑related duties as your skills grow

What You'll Bring

Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or in progress)

1 to 3 years of accounting experience (internships count!)

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to accounting software is an asset
