Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and sustain lean practices on assigned projects
• Assist teams with application of Last Planner System
• Coordinate Continuous Improvement activities and workshops




• Track actions and resolutions for improvement initiatives
• Support training on waste elimination methodologies

Requirements:
• Post-secondary degree in Engineering or Business
• 1-3 years of experience in relevant fields
• Familiarity with construction or engineering projects is an asset
• Robust proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Valid Driver's License
