Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and monitor preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure fixtures are maintained to high cleanliness standards
• Complete operational checks daily and weekly
• Report any Health & Safety compliance issues
• Maintain basement, plant rooms, and emergency exits

Requirements:
• Technical Level 2 qualification or a higher equivalent
