Top Aces Inc. is seeking a Base Coordinator to cover maternity leave at our Saguenay site. This in office role provides administrative support to pilots, technicians and visitors, with a focus on organization, safety compliance, and timely communications.

You will manage mail, uniforms, event planning, and office supplies while aligning with our values of service, integrity and teamwork. Bilingual English/French and a valid Quebec driver's license are preferred.
