Bring your expertise to the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives as a Policy Analyst. This hybrid position in Vancouver allows you to conduct impactful policy research and analysis. This full time, temporary role is integral to supporting nursing and midwifery regulation until October 2027.
Your responsibilities will include synthesizing evidence, developing reports, and evaluating program processes. Engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure effective policy development and support initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct primary and secondary research for policy analysis
- Develop reports supporting knowledge translation
- Compile historical consultation and evaluation data
- Coordinate and manage survey processes for Standards Support
- Lead project management initiatives for improved outcomes Requirements:
- Master’s degree or equivalent education
- 5 to 7 years in a healthcare-related role
- Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of equity and Indigenous health issues Apply your skills in research and policy to enhance healthcare regulations at BCCNM.
