As a key member of the Anti Human Trafficking team, you will be responsible for implementing Covenant House’s mission to assist youth facing trauma. This role demands active engagement, safety planning, and effective counseling to ensure the best support for young women in transitional housing. Your compassionate approach will help build a nurturing environment for healing and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and address individual needs of youth
• Deliver crisis intervention and safety plans
• Support youth with daily routines and practices
• Serve as an advocate for youth needs
• Maintain documentation and compliance standards

Requirements:
• College degree in child and youth work
• Minimum two years’ experience in shelters
• Understanding of youth-specific issues
• First Aid and CPR knowledge desirable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
