Jobgether is seeking a Bilingual Instructional Designer based in Canada to shape learning experiences within a growing Learning & Development team. You will partner with stakeholders to identify needs and translate them into effective solutions, working in English and French across up-to-date digital delivery formats.
Responsibilities include leading projects from analysis through evaluation, applying ADDIE/SAM and Bloom’s taxonomy, and driving continuous improvement in learning practices.
