Take on the role of Indigenous Student Navigator at Keyano College in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Drive the success of Indigenous learners by providing essential support and resources.

This Term role focuses on managing student relationships throughout their college experience while fostering connections with Indigenous communities. Collaborating with faculty and support services, you will work to develop culturally relevant programs and advocate for students' needs. Your expertise will help enhance Indigenous student life and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support Indigenous students throughout their academic journey
• Connect students to internal and external resources
• Develop and implement student success initiatives
• Coordinate events and outreach activities
• Maintain strong community relationships

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Indigenous Studies, Social Work, or similar
• Two years’ experience with Indigenous organizations
• Knowledge of Indigenous customs and culture
• Robust advisory and presentation skills
• Valid Driver’s License

Lead educational initiatives and support Indigenous students’ success at Keyano College.
