As IT Manager at ONroute, oversee technology infrastructure across 22 service plazas in Ontario. Ensure performance and security, driving operational excellence and guest satisfaction.
In this newly established role, you will collaborate with the Chief Financial Officer to manage all aspects of IT infrastructure, including POS systems and network security. Lead service delivery, vendor partnerships, and compliance efforts to maintain high technology standards across all ONroute locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and enhance the IT infrastructure of our plazas
• Ensure uptime and performance of POS systems to support transactions
• Handle vendor partnerships and monitor delivery outcomes




• Provide IT support and resolve technical challenges promptly
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and operational standards
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Information Technology or similar
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in IT management
• Knowledge of retail technology environments and POS systems
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to travel frequently to locations
