In this role, you will report to the Client Care Coordinator and be essential in addressing the needs of clients during illness or disability. Responsibilities encompass personal assistance, household chores, and companionship. This position ensures that clients receive quality care, allowing them to thrive in a safe and familiar setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing
• Manage meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Offer companionship and accompany clients to events
• Document client progress and adherence to care plans
• Ensure safety protocols are upheld in all tasks
Requirements:
• Completed high school or certification preferred
• Obtain a clear Criminal Record Certificate
• Experience supporting seniors or disabled individuals
• Maintain an updated Medical certificate and First Aid
• Ability to work various shifts comfortably
