Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Laurel Meadows apartments in Edmonton, AB. You will diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, electrical issues, and perform general building maintenance to turn units into homes. The role requires 2+ years in a maintenance-related field, a trade/technical certificate or equivalent experience, and knowledge of basic hand tools. On-call rotation and a valid driver's license are included.
