Process Engineer, Service Redesign – Banking

Position Overview

We are seeking a Service Redesign and Value Stream Consultant to assess and redesign end-to-end services across Commercial Banking. The role will focus on creating connected value streams across areas such as client onboarding, pricing-to-billing, and lending—improving the client experience while delivering measurable operational and financial value. Client: Canadian Bank

Compensation: T4: $70-$80| IC:$85-$90 PER HOUR

Contract: 12 months +extension

Key Responsibilities

Assess current-state services and processes across Commercial Banking. Map end-to-end value streams, identifying client pain points, bottlenecks, duplication, and gaps. Design future-state services that improve client experience, efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes. Develop and facilitate workshops with cross-functional business, operations, product, and technology teams.



Professionally challenge existing processes and align stakeholders around redesigned ways of working. Define the value proposition, expected ROI, and success measures for redesign opportunities. Translate recommendations into actionable roadmaps and prioritized improvement initiatives. Qualifications

Experience in service redesign, value stream mapping, process engineering, or operational transformation. Commercial Banking or financial-services experience. Solid workshop facilitation and stakeholder-management skills. Ability to connect client-experience improvements to operational efficiency, risk reduction, and ROI. Experience developing current-state assessments, future-state designs, and transformation roadmaps.
