Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to support day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities in a growing financial services setting. This role will focus on maintaining accurate bookkeeping records, supporting month-end activities, reconciling accounts, and assisting with reporting and compliance activities.

What Will You Be Doing?

Process daily transactions, invoices, expenses, and payments in QuickBooks Online.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.

Perform monthly bank and credit card reconciliations.

Support payroll administration, HST schedules, and year-end documentation.

Assist with month-end close, reporting support,



and maintaining audit-ready records.

Support bookkeeping activities across multiple related entities.

Must Haves:

3–5+ years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a multi-entity workplace.

Solid knowledge of QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel.

Experience with reconciliations, AP/AR, payroll support, and month-end bookkeeping.

Understanding of Canadian accounting practices and HST requirements.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
