Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tenant improvement installations with internal teams
• Create detailed project scopes, schedules, and budgets




• Document and report on monthly project statuses
• Oversee commissioning activities for all installations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and address risks

Requirements:
• BEngin in relevant engineering disciplines
• 2-5 years in project coordination or management
• Proven experience in obtaining Occupancy Permits
• Skills in project scheduling and controls
• Background in managing simultaneous operations
