As a Customer Sales and Service Representative (CSSR 2) reporting to the Assistant Store Manager, you'll engage with customers to assist them in selecting products and services. You will maximize sales through best-in-class service, manage customer relationship management, and ensure satisfaction standards are met. Cross-training in store functions allows for diverse responsibilities and strengthens your role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide prompt, courteous service in person and on phone
• Manage sales leads and ensure service standards are met
• Perform cash handling and maintain balancing procedures




• Assist with shipping and receiving products as needed
• Maintain store cleanliness and compliance with operational standards

Requirements:
• Grade 12 diploma with 3-5 years related experience
• Skills in cash handling and customer service
• Interest in agriculture or petroleum sectors
• Robust interpersonal skills and self-motivated approach
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and complete required certifications
