As a Planner I, you will work under general supervision to evaluate development applications, assist with community planning issues, and support statutory planning and subdivisions. Key Responsibilities:
• Review development permit applications and issue recommendations
• Prepare reports for subdivision authorities and municipal compliance




• Conduct comprehensive research on community development factors
• Assist in creating statutory plans per legislative requirements
• Provide technical guidance to stakeholders and the public

Requirements:
• Degree in Urban or Regional Planning or a related field
• Previous planning experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and GIS software
• Valid Class Five Operator’s License is an asset
