In this LPN role, you will report to the Director of Care, delivering patient-focused nursing aligned with provincial standards. You will collaborate with a dedicated care team to conduct assessments, develop care plans, and provide direct nursing care to enhance the quality of life for residents.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with resident transitions and support scheduling
• Manage medications safely in compliance with regulations
• Participate in care conferences and communicate updates




• Delegate tasks and provide direction to unregulated care providers
• Uphold integrity and the organization’s ethical values

Requirements:
• Valid registration as a Licensed Practical Nurse
• Experience in long-term or senior care is preferred
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
• Solid critical thinking and time management skills
• Willingness to complete a Vulnerable Sector Check
