MDA is seeking an Electromechanical Assembly Technician to contribute to the assembly of cutting-edge products. This role requires fine manual dexterity and technical expertise in a structured work workplace.
In this position, you'll prepare components and assemble them using both manual and automated processes. Collaborate closely with your team to ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 standards and assist in Research and Development projects. Your ability to analyze processes will be vital in performing your duties.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare components and perform tinning tasks
• Manually assemble TH and SMT components
• Operate and adjust automated assembly equipment
• Install and integrate flex and printed circuit boards
• Validate compliance of assembly processes
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma or technical degree
• 2 to 5 years of applicable electromechanical experience
• Understanding of tolerances and dimensions
• Strong manual dexterity and computer skills
• French fluency; basic English skills preferred
