Robots & Pencils in Canada is seeking a Principal Data Scientist to join a multi-disciplinary team building scalable AI-driven decision systems. You will design and implement models, acquire data via SQL/ETL, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve complex business problems.

You’ll work with S3, Redshift, Spark storage, deploy production-ready models, mentor teammates, and push for robust, reliable solutions while communicating findings to executives.
