The Procurement and Pricing Analyst supports the Sourcing, Operations and Finance departments through the collection, management and analysis of data. The Analyst is responsible for working with Specification and Pricing data to support new business opportunities as well as existing client engagements. Cleanse data and build meaningful analysis to summarize results and trends ~ Serve as subject matter expert on Specifications, Pricing, Systems and Reporting ~* Leverage advanced analytical and technical skills (MS Excel/Access) to complete deliverables ~ Adhere to existing or contribute to creating recent Benchmarking Schedules which define the methodology for measuring savings for a customer. ~ Perform periodic audit and validation of benchmarking process across various accounts ~ Build strategic relationships with internal and external customers ~ Bachelor’s Degree required; Advanced level in MS Excel required, Experience manipulating data, identifying trends, and building presentations to tell a story.
