Start with 3 weeks of vacation, ensuring you have the time you need to recharge and excel. Evaluate the operational feasibility of supply offers in close collaboration with Plant Managers and Quality Assurance teams. Drive purchasing decisions by focusing on financial advantages, supply security, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Validate contract compliance and execution at each site to ensure optimal network performance. Be available and authorized to travel internationally (15% of your time) Hold a university degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related scientific discipline. Have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a buyer or management role within an industrial sector.
Demonstrate strong costing analytical skills and the ability to consolidate multiple data parameters. Possess a proven track record in strategic negotiation and long-term business relationship management. Exhibit excellent bilingual communication skills to effectively interact with various internal and external stakeholders.
