You will guide a multidisciplinary team to develop cutting-edge marine propulsion systems, ensuring seamless project execution from R&D; through production launch. Your skills in design, prototyping, and integration will shape our influential technical roadmap. Key Responsibilities:

- Lead R&D; for marine propulsion and control systems
- Drive design and validation of electromechanical products
- Manage development processes from concept to delivery
- Coordinate with Product Strategy and Operations teams
- Stay involved in details and ensure quality Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering
- 5–10 years of relevant engineering experience
- Successful track record in product development
- Understanding of embedded technologies
