Become a key player at Beacon as a Product Lead, shaping the future of niche technology companies through AI and strategic product management. This role puts you at the forefront of innovation and transformation. In this role within Beacon's Portfolio Product team, you’ll manage 2 to 5 companies leveraging your product expertise.

As a product leader, you will engage with founders and operational teams to set visions, develop roadmaps, and execute efficient product strategies. Your work will enable the transformation of overlooked businesses into market leaders through collaborative planning and implementation. Key Responsibilities:

- Own product strategies and outcomes for multiple companies
- Initiate and lead product planning sessions effectively




- Develop robust product roadmaps aligned with company goals
- Enhance team productivity through effective sprint planning
- Implement systems for capturing customer insights driving strategy

Requirements:

- BA/BS; MBA advantageous
- 4+ years of product management experience, ideally B2B SaaS
- Skills in prioritization and effective roadmapping
- Solid ability to manage diverse stakeholders
- Experience in coaching and building PM teams
