About Ensurity

Ensurity is a security technology company developing tracking, investigative, video intelligence and security solutions for enterprise, government and law-enforcement customers.

Our technology is used across three primary markets:

Retail Security & Organized Retail Crime — Solutions used by major retailers to protect high-value merchandise, support real-time response and police dispatch, video-verify burglaries and assist asset-protection teams with organized retail crime investigations.

Law Enforcement & Government — Specialized tracking, surveillance and investigative technology used by federal, state and local law-enforcement and government agencies.

Supply Chain & Logistics — Shipment visibility, cargo-theft prevention and recovery, and asset-tracking technology for enterprise customers.

Our portfolio includes GPS and location technologies, investigative products, enterprise software, intelligent video monitoring through our E-Vision platform, and new products such as E-Tag, our disposable shipment-tracking solution. Ensurity technology is also used in executive protection and other specialized security applications.

As our product portfolio and markets continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to strengthen how we position our products, bring new solutions to market and build a more effective, measurable marketing function.

About the Role The Product Marketing Manager will report directly to the CEO and work closely with Sales, Product and Operations.

This is a hands-on role combining product marketing, go-to-market strategy, demand generation, content development, sales enablement and campaign execution.

You will be responsible for understanding our products and customers, developing clear positioning and messaging, creating campaigns, supporting product launches and helping ensure that Ensurity presents itself consistently and effectively across its markets.

You will have access to external agencies, designers, developers and contractors when additional expertise or capacity is required. However, this role requires someone who is comfortable personally developing and executing much of the work.

The position currently has no direct reports. As the marketing function grows, the Product Marketing Manager will help determine the resources and team needed to support that growth.

Responsibilities

- Develop positioning, messaging and value propositions across Ensurity's product portfolio.
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and major product initiatives.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into transparent, compelling messaging for enterprise, government and law-enforcement customers.

- Lead marketing strategy and content development for Ensurity's website and planned website redevelopment.
- Create and edit product pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, presentations, one-pagers, sales collateral and other customer-facing content.
- Develop and execute B2B campaigns designed to generate qualified sales opportunities.
- Build vertical-specific marketing programs for Retail Security & ORC, Law Enforcement & Government, and Supply Chain & Logistics.
- Partner closely with the sales team to develop presentations, sales narratives, product materials, competitive positioning and other sales-enablement tools.
- Work directly with Sales and leadership to understand customer needs, objections and emerging opportunities and turn those insights into better messaging and campaigns.
- Conduct customer, competitor and market research and translate findings into actionable marketing recommendations.
- Develop customer case studies, testimonials and other proof points from successful deployments.
- Own marketing campaign management and reporting through Zoho CRM and help improve our marketing processes and technology stack as needed.
- Develop SEO, digital content and inbound-marketing programs focused on the problems and technologies our customers are actively researching.
- Support Ensurity's trade-show and industry-event program, with particular responsibility for maximizing the impact of major events through pre-event marketing, messaging, customer outreach, sales materials and post-event follow-up.
- Develop repeatable marketing materials and processes that support the sales team's broader schedule of regional and industry events.
- Manage outside agencies, contractors, designers and developers when appropriate.
- Establish and report on meaningful marketing metrics, including campaign-generated opportunities, qualified pipeline, conversion and revenue impact.

Qualifications

- 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, including meaningful experience in product marketing, technology marketing or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated experience developing product positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategies.
- Experience launching new products or bringing new solutions into existing markets.
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to personally develop high-quality customer-facing content.
- Experience building and executing B2B demand-generation campaigns.

- Experience developing sales-enablement materials and working closely with sales teams.
- Strong customer, market and competitive-research skills.
- Experience with CRM and marketing-automation platforms. Zoho experience is helpful but not required.
- Strong analytical skills and an understanding of how marketing contributes to qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical products and communicate their value clearly.
- Comfortable working directly with senior leadership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial organization.
- Ability to manage multiple products, markets and projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable managing external agencies and contractors while maintaining internal ownership of the work.
- Willingness to travel approximately 10%, including occasional travel to the United States.

A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field is preferred. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Preferred Industry Experience

Experience marketing products or services in one or more of the following areas is beneficial:

- Security technology
- IoT and connected devices
- GPS / telematics
- Video surveillance or video analytics
- Law enforcement / public safety technology
- Retail asset protection
- Supply chain / logistics technology
- Enterprise SaaS
- Hardware-enabled software

Direct experience in these industries is preferred but not required. We are primarily looking for a strong B2B product marketer who can quickly learn complex technology and translate it into effective commercial messaging. What Success Looks Like The Product Marketing Manager should have a visible impact on the business.

Success in the first year will include improving Ensurity's market positioning and web presence, establishing clearer product messaging, successfully launching new products, strengthening vertical-specific campaigns, improving marketing around major industry events, creating stronger sales-enablement tools and generating measurable new sales opportunities.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants significant ownership and the ability to help build a marketing function rather than simply maintain an established program.
