We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of product management experience and strong expertise in Agile and traditional project management, stakeholder management, data & AI, product strategy, and roadmap execution
. The successful candidate will act as a liaison between clients and development teams, translate business strategy into product strategy and high-level requirements, own and execute the product roadmap, and provide insights and collateral to stakeholders across specific product areas.

Must Have
- 8+ years of experience in product management.

Key Responsibilities
- Product Planning & Lifecycle Management
- Responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
- Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
- Defining the product vision.
- Ensuring that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Customer Experience & Product Growth
- Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, including:
- Identify and fill product gaps.
- Generate new ideas that grow market share.
- Improve customer experience.
- Drive growth.
- Product Vision & Stakeholder Alignment
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Act as the liaison between clients and development teams.
- Provide insights and collateral to stakeholders on specific areas of the product.
- Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services.
- Product Strategy, Requirements & Roadmap
- Translate business strategy into product strategy and subsequently translate it into high-level requirements.
- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
- Own and execute the product roadmap.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.
- Manage all aspects of the product throughout its lifecycle, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues.
- Engineering & Delivery
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources.
- Act as the product owner in Agile ceremonies.
- Drive product launches, including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.
- Pricing, Positioning & Promotion
- Develop product pricing and positioning strategies.
- Evaluate promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with the product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed.
- Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding.
