- The candidate must understand how specific products align with the broader Supply Chain strategy, including required capabilities, technology, and data.
- The candidate must define and manage a backlog of epics and user stories by collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize Agile sprint work.
- The candidate must solve core Supply Chain technical challenges by capturing requirements, creating user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and aligning on a clear MVP for each release.
- The candidate must work with Agile scrum teams to deliver scoped product features, partnering with Technology to translate business requirements into technical specifications and iterate toward optimal solutions based on effort, complexity, and value.
- The candidate must lead product demos, define testing requirements, identify training needs, and support stakeholder sign-off.
- The candidate must address feedback and bugs identified during testing or post-release, fostering a continuous improvement culture to enhance product quality and user experience.
- The candidate must inspire and train Product Analysts on Product Management and Agile frameworks, providing structured guidance, manuals, and day-to-day mentorship.




- The candidate must own end-to-end WMS product delivery for warehouse implementations, including requirements, configuration, testing, cutover, go-live, and post-implementation stabilization.
- The candidate must translate DC operational workflows (receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, inventory) into prioritized WMS epics and user stories in collaboration with Operations, IT, and vendors.

Job Requirements

- The candidate must have 1–3 years of experience in product management or a related technical product role.
- The candidate must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or a related discipline.
- The candidate having an advanced degree is considered an asset.
- A Product Management certification is considered an advantage.
- The candidate must have a proven track record of delivering and deploying technical products in an Agile environment.
- The candidate must demonstrate strong critical thinking, structured reasoning, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The candidate must be able to work in changing environments with limited guidance while meeting deadlines and budgets.
- The candidate must be able to listen, collaborate effectively, and adjust to situations involving conflicting goals.




- The candidate must have a strong desire to learn and improve by seeking, accepting, and acting on feedback.
- The candidate must demonstrate knowledge of general supply chain capabilities, technology, and performance metrics.
- The candidate must have experience with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence, and frameworks including epics, features, and user stories.
- The candidate must be able to drive insights from both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- The candidate must be highly organized and detail-oriented while managing multiple tasks.
- The candidate will be required to demonstrate robust proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Access.
- SQL proficiency is considered an advantage.
- The candidate must recognize choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for their actions and decisions.

Work conditions

- The candidate will work in a hybrid work environment.
