Design and implement the product department's operating model, including roles, processes, rituals, tools, metrics and decision-making mechanisms Make roadmap trade-offs across new features, customer commitments, improvements, maintenance and technical debt Build an ongoing discovery practice tailored to enterprise customers, with direct client contact Own the full customer journey from signature through adoption and value creation Partner with the Director of Software Development to define effective ways of working and embed them through Product Manager and Engineering Manager pairs Establish problem-framing, data-informed decision-making and results-measurement practices across the organization Measure product adoption, time to value and commercial impact, and make results visible 10 or more years in a product role, primarily in B2B SaaS serving Enterprise customers ~ Experience building a product function end to end, including team structure, rituals, tools and metrics,



and evolving it alongside the organization ~ Ability to build a discovery practice for customers with long sales cycles and own the customer journey beyond feature delivery ~ Technical credibility to challenge estimates, architecture decisions and quality trade-offs ~ Recognized leadership, strong interpersonal intelligence and a team-oriented mindset ~ Excellent communication skills in French and English, both spoken and written ~ Experience in retail, omnichannel, POS, clienteling or loyalty programs is an asset Demonstrates expertise in designing and implementing product operating models, leading product teams, and managing the full customer journey in a B2B SaaS environment. Proficient in data-informed decision-making and establishing effective practices for product adoption and value creation.
