Job Opening: Production & Warehouse Team

We are excited to announce an opening for a Production & Warehouse Team Member to join our vibrant and dynamic team in Oakville. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our event preparation and execution. Your responsibilities will include the following:

Duties & Responsibilities:

Warehouse:

· Load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with material handling equipment at our warehouse in Oakville and on-site at events (primarily Toronto)





· Driving company vehicles to and from events as required - Must have a clean driver abstract and the ability to drive commercial vehicles up to and including 5 Ton straight trucks

· Safely and efficiently boxing, wrapping, packaging, tying off, loading, and unloading of props, florals, linens, fabrics and accessories for events.

· Perform general housekeeping duties such as cleaning, sweeping, tying off bunks, clearing aisles, garbage removal, etc.

Event Responsibilities:

- Help lead project management efforts on assigned events including out-of-town projects.
- Oversee all aspects of event setup and breakdown ensuring efficient and safe operations.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and work with Event Coordinators for seamless event execution.
- Supervise onsite activities, ensuring safe work practices are followed by all workers.

Other Duties:

- Undertake additional responsibilities as the business evolves and priorities transition.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in event production, logistics, warehouse or a related field
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and policies
- Ability to travel as needed for event responsibilities




- Clean driver's abstract and the ability to drive Cube vans and straight trucks - REQUIRED

Rate of Pay:

- Range of $25 - $30 per hour, commensurate with experience
