AVILION METALCRAFT LTD in Victoria, BC, is hiring a Helper for a metal-fabricating shop. The role is permanent and full time, with shifts including Day, Weekend, Overtime, Versatile schedule, Early Morning and Morning.

The successful candidate will operate cleaning equipment, assist welders and other metalworkers, and handle material sorting and finishing tasks in a busy shop. Requirements include English fluency, a high school diploma, training provided, ability to lift up to 23 kg, and a strong
