In this temporary full time position covering maternity/parental leave, the Program Associate will ensure smooth operation of the ASCEND initiative. Combining strong administrative and communication skills, you will oversee financial documentation, participant interactions, and compliance, helping young individuals navigate employment barriers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage participant reimbursement processes and financial records
• Ensure accurate tracking of program documentation
• Aid in data collection and reporting efforts




• Prepare necessary program correspondence and materials
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks within the team

Requirements:
• Experience in financial administration or related fields
• Detail-oriented with organizational prowess
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
