As part of Medcan's high-performance clinical team, you will apply your expertise in echocardiography to conduct essential diagnostic examinations. This role requires collaboration with healthcare staff to facilitate outstanding patient experiences while maintaining high-quality standards in echocardiography procedures and patient care coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare equipment and conduct echo examinations
• Perform quality control for ultrasound equipment
• Review and document patient medical history
• Obtain consent and verify exam readiness
• Coordinate patient flow and clinic services
Requirements:
• Completed Echo Sonography diploma or program
• Minimum one year of relevant echo experience
• CMRITO Specialty certification required
• Experience with CIMT and FibroScan is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
