Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure client independence through referral assessments
• Create and implement comprehensive care plans
• Provide transparent task instructions to Home Health Aides




• Administer specialized nursing care to clients

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Active registration with Saskatchewan RN Association
• Prior experience in Home Care is advantageous
